The Exit Point or the angle at which the penis exits the body is a good indicator of the length of the ligamentum suspensory.
A high exit angle, also called the exit point, indicates a long ligamentum suspensory attached to the pelvic floor bone.
Compared to a clock and its hands, there are exit angles from 6 to 10 o'clock.
To do this, stand sideways in front of the mirror and, as if it were the time, estimate the exit angle using the angle of the clock hand. In the picture, the exit angle would be around 7.30. This is not 100% accurate, but it makes it clear whether the exit angle is at 6.30 or closer to 9 o'clock.
An exit angle at 9 o'clock indicates a lot of potential in terms of length and girth gains through pure hanging with the phantor. This is because the inner course of the penis is not straightened and can only be moved forwards when the ligamentum suspensory is stretched. The inner part of the penis is basically open and placed forwards.
Another indicator is the "Palpation Test".
For this, the area between the penis and the pelvic floor bone is grasped using the index finger and thumb. The distance at this point or the width is the direct current state of stretching of the ligamentum suspensory. A fully stretched ligament allows you to reach up to the septum with your thumb and index finger. This feels like a "hole" behind the pelvic floor bone. If you can easily reach in here, the ligamentum is already well stretched, otherwise this would not be possible.
Most men have an exit angle between 8 and 9 o'clock and have a lot of potential for growth by hanging with the phanger.
Please only use conventional hangers such as the penis hanger to also stretch the skin.
